Commercial Electrician – $23–$26/hr – 40+ Hours – Long-Term Work – Lebanon, IN

We are hiring Commercial Electricians for a pre-fabrication facility supporting a large data center project in Lebanon, IN. This is a long-term opportunity working in a controlled environment assembling electrical components and systems used in commercial construction.

Pay & Schedule

• $23–$26/hr based on experience
• 40+ hours per week (overtime available)
• Weekly pay
• Long-term project (steady work)

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical components in a prefab production setting
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams
• Pull wire, terminate connections, and assist with panel work
• Use hand tools and power tools safely
• Support production and electrical teams to meet daily goals
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures and job site standards

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred
• OSHA 10 certification required
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• PPE required (steel toe boots, etc.)
