About the Position:


Our client is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee the completion of projects within established quality, safety, timeliness, budget, and profitability goals.


Position Highlights:

Key Responsibilities:



  • Project Management: Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they meet quality, safety, timeliness, budget, and profitability goals.

  • Estimating: Provide accurate project estimates for multi-trade projects.

  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with federal regulations and standards.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members, clients, and subcontractors to maintain strong relationships and deliver successful project outcomes.

  • Process Optimization: Utilize advanced project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Requirements:



  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in construction project management and estimating for multi-trade projects.

  • Expertise: Previous experience working on federal government projects.

  • Travel: Ability to travel as needed for project requirements.

  • Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Training: USACE CQC and 30-hour OSHA training preferred.
